Appointment & Payment Policy

To secure your tele-appointment, we require full upfront payment. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email or text detailing your appointment time and date.

Please note that appointments are considered missed or cancelled if we are unable to reach you by phone. In such instances, unfortunately, refunds, discounts, or credit cannot be provided.

Service Fees Change Notice

Please be advised that our service fees are subject to increase without prior notice due to the uncertainty significant impact of inflation impacting the rising costs of resources and operations necessitate this change.

We understand that this adjustment may affect your budget, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. We continue to work diligently to minimize the impact of these price increases and remain committed to providing you with the same exceptional service you have come to expect from us.

Payment Method

We accept payment via ZelleTag: S8ASLLC.

If your are a tenant, once payment is received, please be prepared for your appointment and email us the following document (clear and visible to read) to support@rightproconsulting.com.

  • Renewal Lease Agreement (a copy of your signed renewal lease agreement is required)
  • A Valid Government Photo ID (a copy of your U.S. Government photo ID)
  • Section 8 voucher rent breakdown (if you are a Section 8 tenant)
  • CityFHEPS Supplemental Assistance Payment Rental (if you receive CityFHEPS/HRA rent assistance).
  • Recent Monthly Rent Invoice (a copy of your most recent monthly rent invoice from you landlord).

Spanish Language Assistance

For Language Assistance: If you require assistance with translation from English to Spanish. Please arrange for someone to assist you during your consultation appointment. This could be a family/relative member, friend, neighbor or professional interpreter. We want to ensure clear communication throughout the process.

Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Before you proceed, please carefully review our booking services cancellation policy and Terms and Conditions.

For consultation appointment(s), a 25% refund of the payment will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are unfortunately non-refundable. Please expect to receive a phone call at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Case Management for Tenant and Immigration Services Cancellation

Please note that tenant and immigration case management services initiated following a consultation, no refund will be issued. This is because resources and time have been dedicated to the processing and commencement of your case.

Terms and Conditions

By scheduling this appointment and providing the necessary information and documentation, you authorize Section Advisory Service LLC to act as your representative in communicating with your landlord, Section 8 Federal Agency, and/or CityFHEPS/HRA, as applicable, regarding your grievances and concerns. This representation includes, but is not limited to, advocating for your rights and interests and presenting your case on your behalf.

You understand and agree that all information and documentation you provide to Section Advisory Service LLC is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Any inaccuracies or omissions may compromise our ability to effectively represent you. We urge you to review all documentation carefully before submission.

In return for your authorization, Section Advisory Service LLC commits to providing confidential, diligent, and professional representation. We will utilize reasonable and necessary efforts to achieve the appropriate result on your behalf. However, please understand that the outcome of your case depends on various factors, including but not limited to the specifics of your situation, applicable laws and regulations, and the decisions of the involved agencies.

Scheduling an Appointment and Pre-Payment is Required

Immigration Case Consultation Appointment and Fees:

To better understand how we can best assist you, we offer a $175.00 One-Hour telephone consultation session. This consultation provides a valuable opportunity to discuss your specific circumstances, ask questions, and receive personalized advice regarding your immigration journey. These consultations are available by appointment only, Monday through Saturday. Please contact us to schedule your appointment at your earliest convenience.

Pre-Booked Appointment:

  • 30 mins consultation: $75.00
  • 40-60 mins consultation: $175.00

Emergency Appointment:

  • 30 mins consultation: 210.00
  • 40-60 mins consultation: $240.00

 

Case Management Services 

A personalized case management consultant – we assign a dedicated case consultant who will work closely with you to understand your individual needs and circumstances. This ensures a tailored support system. We address and achieved personalized case management through a variety of support mechanisms, including home-based referrals, consultation advice, and case management to address the specific needs.

Case Management varies, with fees starting at $375.00 depending on your case.
