To secure your tele-appointment, we require full upfront payment. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email or text detailing your appointment time and date.
Please note that tele-appointments are considered missed or cancelled if we are unable to reach you by phone. In such instances, unfortunately, refunds, discounts, or credit cannot be provided.
Please be advised that our service fees are subject to increase without prior notice due to the uncertainty significant impact of inflation impacting the rising costs of resources and operations necessitate this change.
We understand that this adjustment may affect your budget, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. We continue to work diligently to minimize the impact of these price increases and remain committed to providing you with the same exceptional service you have come to expect from us.

If your are a tenant, once payment is received, please be prepared for your appointment and email us the following document (clear and visible to read) to support@rightproconsulting.com.
For tele-appointment(s), a 25% refund of the payment will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are unfortunately non-refundable.
Please note that tenant and immigration tele-case management services, initiated following a free consultation, no refund will be issued. This is because resources and time has been dedicated to the commencement of your case.
By scheduling a tele-appointment and providing the necessary information and documentation, you authorize Section Advisory Service LLC to act as your representative in communicating with your landlord, Section 8 Federal Agency, and/or CityFHEPS/HRA, as applicable, regarding your grievances and concerns. This representation includes, but is not limited to, advocating for your rights and interests, and presenting your case on your behalf.
You understand and agree that all information and documentation you provide to Section Advisory Service LLC is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Any inaccuracies or omissions may compromise our ability to effectively represent you. We urge you to review all documentation carefully before submission.
In return for your authorization, Section Advisory Service LLC commits to providing confidential, diligent, and professional representation. We will utilize reasonable and necessary efforts to achieve the appropriate result outcome on your behalf. However, please understand that the final outcome of your case depends on various factors, including but not limited to, the specifics of your situation, applicable laws and regulations, and the decisions of the involved agencies.

If using a personalised case management consultant, we assign a dedicated case consultant who will work closely with you to understand your individual needs and circumstances. This ensures a tailored support system. We address and achieve personalised case management through a variety of support mechanisms, including home-based referrals, consultation advice, case management, and one-on-one counselling to address the specific needs.
